We really appreciated honesty. I thought I was due for a transmission service, and they checked and told me it was not ready to be done yet. They set a reminder to let me know when it is due. I really appreciate that they just didn’t do it because I thought it needed to be done.

After dissatisfied experience and ripped off by Canadian tire, a friend of mine recommend this place, The staffs of here are incredibly helpful! Especially Bre!! She was so friend and efficient! With short notice they able help me complete my out of province inspection and changed my breaks with much sufficient work and cheaper price !! Highly recommend this place for everyone ! Specially if you are just moved from out of province :)

Amazing staff and technicians. I was visiting from Alberta and my car suddenly broke down next to this shop in Kelowna. Despite them being very busy that day, they took the time out and looked at my vehicle right away. They were able to do the diagnoses, get my vehicle on the road and I was able to drive back to my home in Alberta the next day. I highly recommned them for all your automotive needs. Thank you to the wonderful people who work here.

Service was great! Ladies at the front desk were amazing :). Didn't feel like they were trying to push un-needed repairs to make a buck, which is refreshing. Thanks to the whole team!

Above and beyond service, despite me denying to have the work done here. They worked hard to find solutions for me and try for the best price, but in the end my vehicle wasn't worth the fix. No fault of theirs, and I appreciate their help and honesty
