My car got a flat and I came to a stop within 50m of A+ Auto. I walked over and asked if they could help me out. They immediately sent a mechanic over. He filled the tire and slowly drove the car to their shop--saving me the $75 for a 2 minute tow. Given the emergency I did not have an appointment, but A+ was able to somehow fit me into their busy schedule that same day. They had my winter tires installed that same afternoon, and I was able to drive away with minimal frustration to my busy day. (A Monday, no less.) For their hard work, helpful attitude and excellent service, A+ Auto gets an A+ !

Quick easy friendly! Im from out of town and I bought some used tires. They were super friendly and ready to help. Informative and had the availability to fit me in. Super happy. 😃

Bit of a mixed bag. I was impressed and happy they fit us in quick and their CSR's were very nice. In terms of the mech service costs it feels less great. $120 to inspect brakes which didn't even involved removing a tire? That's excessive. $200 to change a part which o myself have changed before in 20 mins ( and would have this time if I'd had my tools on this trip). Made a big deal about basically undoing a few bolts and unclipping a few clips... And then $30 for shop supplies which I have no idea what supplies were... No fluids were changed, nothing replaced I didn't provide... But overall still happy it got done quickly, but feel there's room for improvement.
