During a visit to Kelowna on April 19, 2026, I broke my left rear shock mount. I needed to get the shock mount repaired in order to drive back to the Vancouver area. A-Plus Automotive diagnosed the problem, reviewed my suspension system, and were able to fit me into their schedule and replace both rear shock absorber mounts. The service was excellent and if I lived in Kelowna I would use them regularly. I highly recommend this company. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

They were able to repair my suv in a timely manner, but the cost is much higher than other autopro shops.

Definitely nothing negative to say, but much to say positively about my service experience. Staff: are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, great communicators. Process: I was sent CLEAR photos of the disassembled area to indicate condition (brakes and axle bearings). It’s like you are standing there with the mechanic and coming to agreement on what work should proceed. Cost: about 25% less than what I was expecting. Rating: A-Plus!

The two service reps up front are quite knowledgeable and happy to answer my many questions. My husband had an oil change and was very happy with the service. They stick quite close to their quotes which is unusual these days.
