They had a hard time sourcing the part I needed for my repair and they kept on trying to get the part. Twice they ordered in the wrong part. They still kept researching why it was the wrong part. Finally they determined that I had a car from the US which was different than the Cdn model and the 3rd time, they finally were able to get the part they needed to do my repair. Thank you so much for their persistence and finally getting my car repaired. At the end of it all, they also gave me a car wash coupon, yeah! Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

On the road from Ottawa with my motorhome, I had a Check engine just before arriving in Kelowna. They gave me an appointment for the next morning. Job well done. Thank you very much to Steve and Colin who took good care of my issue.

Jolene was absolutely amazing in helping me set up repairing my car. She explained what had to be done, suggested some services to help lengthen the life of my car and made me feel like a friend not a customer. She sent me a very detailed report, including pictures, of what Jan the mechanic, had done on my car afterwards as well. This was extremely helpful seeing as I am not the most car savvy individual! Grateful I found such a great crew for all my future mechanic needs!

Aplus are awesome people to deal with. Above and beyond service like getting my daughter to school when she drops her vehicle off. Comunication is excellent as I am a bit of a stickler on how I like repairs done and they have no problem calling me and letting me know whats happening(thanks guys). Pricing is very fair and honest which is good because my daughters car is a bit of a lemon so we are in for service more than we should be. Highly recommend.
