Well first of all you're going to walk in and meet these two lovely ladies who obviously run the show ;) They will get your details and then the rest of the magic happens in the back. I bought a 1980 RV and wanted to know if she was capable of a good ol' road trip so I took her in and then voila! I had a full on inspection explaining what parts were doing fine, what I should keep an eye on and then what needed to be done right away, all with actual photos so not only did it tell me she was 100% inspected front to back (because they sent the evidence lol) I also had a visual so I could see what they were talking about. Pretty cool! Oh, and I mentioned the staff right? They kindly fit me in between vehicles when they could, instead of being frustrated when I gave them the totally wrong set of keys they laughed about how they tried so hard to get them to work lol and everyone was super friendly. Well done. You get an A-Plus!! (omg sorry I had to). Thank you!! Nicole Keep kickin' ass and takin' names you guys!

Friendly and efficient. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, which was great. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent – they called me and explained everything clearly.

I am so happy with the service and the customer service. They go above and beyond. I took my car to the dealership and two other shops in the past 6 years to get a repair leak fixed in my air conditioner. No one could find it. I paid over and over to get it refilled. I took my car to Napa before for other work and thought maybe they could find it. Unfortunately they called and said they found no leak. But their wonderful mechanic took the extra mile and decided to look one more time and he found a very tiny leak. If it wasn’t for his determination I would have paid yet again for a refill of refrigerant just to have to do it again. Thank you to Napa and especially the the mechanic that didn’t give up. They are the best and I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs car work done. Their prices are even better than most. Thank you Napa. Thank you the special mechanic. I’m sorry I don’t know your name, but you guys are awesome.

I came in to get an oil change and some other things checked. Great service i was provided with a detailed explanation of what needed to be looked at. No pressure sales. After everything was done, I was provided with a detailed report with picture detailing what I had to get fixed in the future. I would go back but unfortunately I live in Manitoba.
