Thanks for fitting us in quickly for some trailer repair. The repair was completed in a timely manner. I feel confident taking the boat out on our next adventure.

We were referred to A Plus by a well known German shop in Kelowna, Our AC broke down on the way to BC from Alberta during the hottest week (great timing), luckily the team at A Plus was able to get us booked in the next day, repaired & recharge the AC leak, also performed wheel alignment consider our roads are garbage in AB. Pricing is very fair IMO, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop for any mechanical repairs (including newer vehicles) in a heartbeat. Daniel was very easy to work with, helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work guys.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to APlus Automotive for about 7 years, as they do great work and don’t try to sell me services my vehicle doesn’t need. You can trust that the work being done is required and they give you a condition report so you can plan and budget for upcoming services. It would be five stars if they still had a shuttle service.

I'm so impressed with this shop! I had an emergency happen on the highway while travelling to work, and found the shop because it was in the vicinity. I walked into the bldg to a very busy friday morning. The technician behind the desk was actively listening to me list off my woes, and didn't stop me in mid sentence. In fact, he listened with compassion and kindness. Andrew then talked to his manager Curtis who agreed they would squeeze me in, despite being so busy. They ordered me an alternator belt that took abount an hour to be delivered and then got busy replacing the belt. Other issues were found under the hood so I asked Curtis to perform a ssystems check for the whole car. He agreed. There was another bodyshop involved which complicated things tremendously. From claims, to funds, to parts, it required alot of communicating and patience. Both Andrew and Curtis went above and beyond in customer service. And now they hv another lifetime customer. I will go there for everything! Thanks A Plus Automotive, I appreciate you!

I randomly stopped by to ask a mechanic to look at a truck that I was test driving, their team was 10/10 helpful, very friendly and ridiculously competent. Highly recommend!

My overall experience was incredible for my first time at A plus automotive Andrew is fully transparent,kind and seems genuinely passionate about providing a top notch quality service -he even showed me pictures of the necessary work -something that other mechanics shops I've dealt with in the past have failed to do This went above and beyond which separates his shop from others in the area and I would highly recommend a plus automotive for all your automotive service needs !!!!!!!

Dont go for an inspection if you can fix your own problems. Apparently their oil change and brake mechanics are the only ones smart enough to fix anything. They won't re inspect customer fixes. Also, take your boat off for inspection, because I went there for a booked appointment and zero people told me to take the boat off, even though they knew it was a boat trailer inspection. Manger was quite high on himself. Lol clown show. Honestly, it felt like I was turned away because I was going to do my own repairs. Big red flag
