Had multiple issues with my car that they were able fix in a day! Very professional. I like the computer system they use to share reports. Will definitely be back.

Courtesy ride every time home and very friendly staff. Took truck in to change struts in truck. Napa employee called me between the work to tell me the front struts did not need to be changed, only the back which saved me $1000.00. Very honest mechanics.

Everyone at NAPA was extremely diligent and professional in their line of work. Erin and Jolene were there for whatever I needed, I was updated on a daily basis by both Steve and Colin with the status of my car whilst it was being repaired. I really recommend this shop, specially since I went to three others before this one.

We had our truck towed to A Plus Automotive because of a ruptured brake line. We received a written quote for $ 437.07 which included a $60 "Diagnostic Charge" when anyone with eyes could see what the problem was and we'd already told them what the issue was! That aside, my husband signed off on the quote. Two minutes later he received an updated quote for $ 1,139.99 because "while we're doing the one brake line we might as well do all 4". My husband declined and asked that they proceed with replacing the ruptured line for the quoted price. And is the $ 437.07 what we paid when we picked the truck up? Of course not!!. The bill had been padded with an extra hour of labour and was now $ 608.57. I guess the "Aplus Intergrity" in the tag line is just for looks. We will never use them again nor would ever recommend them to anyone. I am only giving one star because I have to in order to post the review.

They had a hard time sourcing the part I needed for my repair and they kept on trying to get the part. Twice they ordered in the wrong part. They still kept researching why it was the wrong part. Finally they determined that I had a car from the US which was different than the Cdn model and the 3rd time, they finally were able to get the part they needed to do my repair. Thank you so much for their persistence and finally getting my car repaired. At the end of it all, they also gave me a car wash coupon, yeah! Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

On the road from Ottawa with my motorhome, I had a Check engine just before arriving in Kelowna. They gave me an appointment for the next morning. Job well done. Thank you very much to Steve and Colin who took good care of my issue.

Jolene was absolutely amazing in helping me set up repairing my car. She explained what had to be done, suggested some services to help lengthen the life of my car and made me feel like a friend not a customer. She sent me a very detailed report, including pictures, of what Jan the mechanic, had done on my car afterwards as well. This was extremely helpful seeing as I am not the most car savvy individual! Grateful I found such a great crew for all my future mechanic needs!

Aplus are awesome people to deal with. Above and beyond service like getting my daughter to school when she drops her vehicle off. Comunication is excellent as I am a bit of a stickler on how I like repairs done and they have no problem calling me and letting me know whats happening(thanks guys). Pricing is very fair and honest which is good because my daughters car is a bit of a lemon so we are in for service more than we should be. Highly recommend.
