Well again A Plus Automotive stepped up and came to my rescue. My 2005 GMC Seara diesel started making a very loud knocking sound and was losing power, I was thinking new engine $$$. I had my truck towed to A Plus, within hours I got a call from their service advisor giving me the diagnosis and pricing. I was very pleased with the price and diagnosis, it turned out to be a fuel injector and the truck would be ready the next day. The next call was from the Service Manager Andrew, telling me they found a part that was somewhat less expensive and lowered my price. I have been a customer for quite awhile and have been given excellent service every time I need them. I recommend A Plus!!!! Bob Smith

Service was great. Called and was able to get my car in right away. Diagnosed the problem and had my vehicle repaired by noon the same day.

My car wasn’t working well when I took it in. When I picked it up, it was fixed and working much better. They diagnosed the issues quickly, provided a written report and estimate, and made it easy for me by identifying what could wait, if needed, vs what, for sure, needed to be replaced. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

I have been very impressed with the service and honesty that I've received from the staff at A Plus! Long story short even throughout difficulties from both myself and services done there has been an open level of honesty and understanding humans make mistakes and looking at how to make things work better in the future. Definitely would recommend taking your vehicle there. (especially if you work away and need a shuttle to the airport while your repairs are done Hehe thanks guys&gals!)
